A little bit of road noise as the sites are close to the highway. It’s a state-of-the-art park in America’s Rocky Mountain majesty. It’s home for a night, a few, or a lifetime. It might be the only place worth being besides that wide, open road. The other campground is Desert View which is 26 miles from Grand Canyon Village.

Leisure games, luxury bathhouse, free wifi, onsite laundry. Just outside of the Grand Canyon near the Grand Canyon village is a national forest campground called Ten-X. This was a nice campground but haven’t been there for years. It is on a first come, first serve basis, so you would want to be there early. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom.

The pull-thrus can either be used for passenger vehicles or RVs and camp trailers. All parking, regardless of vehicle type, must be on surfaced parking areas. Do you have any suggestions for beautiful camp site around Sedona? To be early at Ten-X I’ve decided to have a stop for afternoon and the night around Sedona to go see Montezuma ruins etc…. And then earlier in the day leave for GC to get a place in Ten-X. I think 1 night in Ten-X for sunrise in GC and then 2nd night at/around Desert View at the east entrance of GC for the sunset.
